The Role As the sales & business developer intern, you would be part of the Sales and Business Development team in order to generate new leads and attract partners and potential customers to consider our unique and environmentally friendly products. Responsibilities include: • Working directly with the Founding team, supporting successful expansion of PlasticFri • Develop and implement strategies to establish PlasticFri on the market • Identifying and attracting new partners and customers • Identifying the right sales approach and most importantly, being operational in targeting, following up and winning new customers • The job requires meeting deadlines, being able to pick up the phone , meeting and following up with potential customers • Weekly meeting with the executive team Ideal Candidate • Passionate about environment and sustainability • Being fluent in English and Swedish Language is a “must-have” • Graduate or student in the field of sales, marketing, business development or communication with the passion to make a difference • You have a natural interest in business development and sales, where you show a persistence and relentlessness in closing a deal • Outgoing, social and have good communication skills • You can work independently and meet deadlines • You enjoy working in the startup environment • You are driven, competitive and not afraid to take risks or face rejections on the way to success We Offer • Unique opportunity to be part of changing an entire industry and making a positive impact • The position is an unpaid internship, but a performance-based commission can be considered • Flexible and negotiable working hours • Working with Forbes-listed founder team • Professional and personal development • Giving you the opportunity to be the key person in developing the business for the local markets • Unique experience to participate in different accelerator programs worldwide where you have the opportunity to get support and highly-valuable knowledge • Unique experience of working with some of the world’s best-known brands • Possibility of employment after the internship period Interested?
