.Les Nouveaux Fermiers is the first French producer of plant-based meat.
A French foodtech launched in 2019 by Guillaume and Cedric, it has been awarded the BCorp label because its mission allows everyone to reduce their meat consumption and thus preserve the planet. It manufactures gourmet meat alternatives without compromising on health.
The products have the same taste, smell and texture as meat. Better for the health with very little saturated fat, Nutriscore A, green on Yuka; their products are really better for the environment: 17 times less CO2 emissions and 10 times less water. The range of products is available in more than 800 outlets, both for direct sale and cooked in more than 300 restaurants.
