Céline joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2004. She acts for a large number of French and international clients particularly in relation to: — Environment: pollution and facilities requiring a license, audits of property assets and operating premises — Urban planning: national and local town planning regulations, planning permissions, taxes and contributions, retail planning, approvals and payments specific to the Paris region — Renewable Energy (wind farm, solar plants…): urban planning, real estate, administrative authorizations, connexion to the grid, feed-in tariff — Public business law: government contracts, operating licences, government aid and intervention, local authority contracts, mixed enterprise partnerships She is member of the SER (Syndicat des Energies Renouvelables) and is a member of the Electric Regulation committee of the SER wind farm and solar branches. She graduated from the Political Sciences Institute (IEP Grenoble). She holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Public business law (University of Paris II-Assas) and a master degree in Public law (University of Paris V - René Descartes). She also graduated from the Public business law Institute (Paris XI - Bar Association of Paris).
