When refugees arrive in Europe, obtaining gainful employment is one of the most difficult hurdles they face. Théo co-founded Each One in 2015 when he turned 20 with the willingness to show that refugees and newcomers' inclusion is far from being a problem, it is an opportunity to create value for society as a whole. Each One has designed a 360 degree training program that assimilates and prepares new comers for jobs at client organizations like Ikea and BNP Paribas. An alum of the 50 Partners accelerator, the Paris-based company has already trained over 2,000 refugees.
