Compared to the few other competitors within plant-based seafood we have an unconditional focus on getting the best taste and texture with a good nutritional profile.
6.06 kg CO2-emissions per kg tuna that is consumed and 11.89 kg CO2-emissions per kg salmon. Our Hooked plant-based seafood has only 2.7kg CO2-emissions per kg. This means that Hooked saves 3.3-9.19kg CO2-emissions for every kg we convert from animal to plant-based seafood.
