Passionate about all issues concerning the development of cities, among them sustainability and resilience, Sophie has had a mixed career in the private sector and as a political counsellor. She started in 2004 at Bouygues Immobilier and was in charge of the Green Office® (positive energy buildings) business unit. Between 2014 and 2017 she worked as a counsellor of deputy mayor in charge of urban planning for the City of Paris, Jean Louis Missika. From 2017 she has returned to real estate development firstly at Quartus, then from 2020 at Redman as the Deputy CEO. When the COVD-crisis began in March 2020, she has launched a do-tank called "Post-crisis Cities", to think about new models and how to make more resilient cities. After the crisis, she decided to join Redman which is the only French B-Corp real estate developer. The mission of Redman, written into its statutes, is to promote the low-carbon and inclusive city. In 14 years, Redman refurbished more than 320.000 sq m in France and promotes circular economy in all its operations.
