Maïté Ollivier joined the Employment Department of C’M’S’ Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2011. Before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, Maïté Ollivier was lawyer notably in a UK Law firm. She is specialized in employment law She advises both international and French companies on collective and individual labour relations and on the employment implications of their strategic decisions, providing advice and handling disputes in the following main areas: — Employment audits on mergers & acquisitions; — International mobility; — Restructurings, redundancy plans; — Collective bargaining and employee representation; — Flexible working arrangements and 35 hour week; — Collective and individual disputes (labour relations, social security audits, etc.); — Day to day advice on individual rights (Employment contracts, resolution of the contract disputes by settlement agreement etc…). She also conducts trainings in labour law for managers and HR teams. She works closely with the Corporate, Tax, and IT Departments on various matters, in particular in respect of M&A deals. She holds a Master degree in employment and social security law (Paris Ouest Nanterre University, 2004), and she also has her certificate for French Lawyers (CAPA, 2006).
