Aude is the co-founder of InnovaFeed, a biotech company that produces a new source of protein from insect rearing (Hermetia illucens) for animal and plant nutrition. Based on a unique technological expertise of breeding insects using agricultural by-products, InnovaFeed seek to place the insect at the heart of our agri-food system and restore it to its natural place of nutrients upcycler to then feed fish, birds or small mammals. After a first pilot plant, InnovaFeed has opened the world’s largest insect meal production facility in 2020, with the ambition to achieve mass production to reach significant impact. Before co-founding InnovaFeed, Aude worked at Mckinsey & Company with a focus on strategy in the Public Sector as well as transformation and industrial merger and integration within Basic Material industries. Aude holds an engineering degree from l’Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées and a MBA from College des Ingénieurs.
